BPC-157 Handling Protocol for Laboratory Use
Reconstitution, aliquoting, and stability notes for BPC-157 research vials.

BPC-157 is supplied lyophilized to maximize shelf stability. Allow vials to reach room temperature inside the packaging before opening to reduce condensation on the peptide cake.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water unless your protocol specifies otherwise. Inject solvent slowly against the vial wall and gently swirl — do not vortex unless your SOP explicitly requires it.
Aliquot reconstituted material into low-bind microcentrifuge tubes if the full volume will not be used within your validated stability window. Store aliquots at -20°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Record batch number, reconstitution date, and final concentration in your experiment log. Match the batch ID to the COA document before dosing in animal or cell models.
