On delivery, inspect outer packaging for damage and note any ice pack melt — brief transit warmth is usually acceptable for lyophilized material if vials remain sealed and dry.
Transfer vials to -20°C storage promptly. Do not freeze-thaw repeatedly during inventory intake; assign a single receiving date label for each batch entering your freezer.
Report shipping damage or missing items within 48 hours with photos of the outer carton and inner packaging for faster resolution.
